We are 46 Gorge Ltd and we operate Wynter Apartments in Queenstown.

The information we collect from you is essential to ensure we can deliver the services you’ve requested, primarily arranging your stay at our property. Without this information we are simply not able to accommodate you at Wynter Apartments.

No matter how you choose to book your stay with us, personal information will be collected and processed so that we can arrange the accommodation that you have requested.

~ Contact details, including phone number and email address
~ Dates of your intended stay
~ Travel agent details, if any
~ Your room preferences, including bedding configuration.

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you pay us directly you may do this via a bank transfer or over the phone. For online bookings your credit card information is held by the agency you booked with.

During your stay we may collect additional information about you to help manage your stay and ensure that we can provide the services you request while you are with us. You will also generate personal information during your stay, by using products or services provided to you at Wynter Apartments. This information may include use of Wi-Fi and CCTV recordings. CCTV monitors all outside areas to provide a degree of security for both our staff and guests.

~ Obtain and process payments for accommodation or other services provided by us
~ Deliver the specific services you have requested from us
~ Investigate and respond to any enquiries or comments you make about our services, property or team members

Other than for regular guests we do not retain any personal information once you have checked out and the apartments have been inspected for damage or property left behind.

When you visit our website anonymised data is collated for analytical purposes by a third party provider, we use Fathom Analytics for this. No personal data is recorded or shared.
